Not received order!
I've emailed 3 times now, no response so emailed katie@bottlebling for corporate orders. Unknown email address. Tried phoning. Noone available due to COVID19. I placed an order 16th June under the impression delivery would be 4-5 working days. It is now 18th July still no delivery. I ordered £75 worth, money has been taken out of my account. Can someone please explain.
I've ordered from Bottle Bling a few times, never had a problem before so thought I was safe.

No customer service whatsoever
Ordered a personalised bottle of gold flake vodka as a present for a vodka lover. Received a bottle of gold shimmer gin so used Bottle Blings automated customer services which claims to get back to you within 24 hours four times over 10 days and still no reply from them. Tried calling them and each time, and whichever option you choose (even tried pretending I wanted to place an order) voicemail says there is no one available to help and then cuts you off! Sent an email and still no reply. Seems like the only option currently available is to place an online order - don’t do it.

Terrible company! Haven’t received my order but I have been charged for it. No one responds to email or phone calls.

I ordered a gin gift set for my father for father's day. Bottle bling sent a confirmation email saying they had dispatched it, then I had an email from dpd saying it had been smashed in transit! They told me to contact bottle bling, which I did try to but after sending several emails which they did not answer and trying on numerous occasions by telephone which nobody answers and the message keeps saying there us no-one there to take any calls!!!
I contacted my bank and got an immediate refund.
I would warn anybody do not buy anything from this company their customer service is disgraceful!!!!!

Extremely poor quality
Extremely poor quality. No customer service answers from messages emails or phone. I was so so disappointed. I tried making a complaint but no answer. The gin I order looked and tasty like watered syrup. It was a present so I was really upset

Ice pops had leaked.
This was a gift so I didn’t see it in person but the receiver was very pleased with the bottles. The ice pops had leaked unfortunately so that was disappointing and there were no good flakes. They were substituted with gold shimmer but I did receive a phone call to ask is that was ok.

Spent 45mins on 3 attempts to call but no answer. Sent an email but no reponse within 24 hours. My package is missing and wasn't received by dpd. Where is a single person from customer service? I ordered specifically for last week. Terrible!

I asked for a refund of the personalisation (& bottle of ginscoffi as a cheeky goose will gesture.)
I had a reply but still no action of refund days later. Not impressed

After a slight mishap with the company DPD you use they hadn't delivered my parcel, after contacting yourselves you kindly redid my order & sent it out for next day delivery.
Thank you so very much & this slight mishap won't put me off online shopping with yourselves even though I don't drink myself my family & friends alway appreciate their gifts I get for them.

Exceptional Customer Service
This was the first time i have placed an order with Bottle Bling and can I just say there customer service is 1st class. Yes there was a mix up in the wrong order being delivered but this was immediately resolved, apologised for and resent out within 24 hours. I asked what to do with incorrect order and they advised me to keep it as an apology.
Cannot fault them and will definitely be using them again.
